bit of advice ... Crab paste??

Is this ok to eat. I know no pate is allowed even veggie pate but is paste the same thing??

Crab paste is fine, it's cooked. Just don't do anything stupid like leave it open in the fridge for a week.

I hope crab paste is ok I have had major cravings for it all pregnancy and have had some on repeat order on my tescos delivery!!!!
