Fybogel - anyone else had adverse effects?

Every time I attempt to take it it makes my already ferocious heartburn 20x worse. This morning I was actually sick after drinking it.

Bit gutted because it really was sorting me out IYKWIM! And I have a big box of it now sitting going to waste.

Looks like prune juice for me from now on then...

poor you i have been taking fybogel once a day for years i have never had any problems except when i was pregnant 1st time around it made me retch when i was quite big

I've been poorly all day, not altogether sure I can blame the Fybogel now.
