I really can't afford to get ill at the moment...

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

i was told no it isnt when i have asked.... although (not that im suggesting it as you need to check with gp) i have used vicks first defense the spray you put up your nose to get rid of colds that were looming and def worked a treat. The way i saw it was using that for a day was better than the stuff you'd be needing for at least a week. You can always ring nhs direct or contact a homeopath

Thanks for your reply...echinacea usually works so well for me so it's annoying but I will call the GP and / or homeopath...

My herbalist has said it was fine for me & I am taking it. Its also not on my list of herbs to avoid but you may want to check with someone or do your own research.
