Can I take the full dose of paracetemol?

I'm on ABs for a urinary tract infection that's so bad the pain was radiating down the front of one of my thighs.

I just started those yesterday.

But I also had a big lower molar extracted yesterday morning due to pregnancy-induced gum disease.

As a result, I've been taking some paracetamol to sort of take the edge off.

Two 500mL tablets.

The directions say you can only take 8 in a 24 hour period.

Well, I'd like to take the final two.

Is it acceptable for preggos - I'm nearly 38 weeks.

I have co-codamol, but don't want to take it because I'm on iron supplements and don't want to bung up.

Yes you can take the full dose 2 x500mg tablets every 4 to 6 hours max of 8 tabs per day in total, paracetamol is regarded as the safest analgesic in pregnancy. Hope you feel better soon.
