A lovely CD(s) to play whilst in labour (or in my case under the knife)
Lip salve
Eye patches (hospital have bright lights)
Big stretchy knickers (not just disposable if your having a c-section as you leave hospiatl with a big tummy)
Something nice for Mummy to wear home
Babies blanket (hospital ones are yuck)
Spare pillow
Plenty of change for vending machines and TV

In my case the teddy I had since I was 4. I don't do hospitals without him!
