Hi Y'all I'm 37 weeks pregnant with my second child, DD1 is 18 months old.
I just want to moan at the uncomfortableness of it all, constant peeing and baby moving around, kicking , stitch, back pain, etc....I hate being pregnant! Rant over...

I'll join you!

I'm fed up of going to the toilet all the time, my back hurting no matter how I sit, being bored if I don't do anything but exhausted if I do?

This is my first though, so I imagine this is just the calm before the storm

chirpycheapcheap · 12/10/2008 17:02

I'll join you 38 +3 with second, ds is 2.4 and getting VERY fed up and uncomfortable. had 1 hour's sleep last night and I am completely KNACKERED

expatinscotland · 12/10/2008 17:04

I'm 37 weeks with my third and miserable.

My back HURTS like hell because he is all in front.

He is still so unbelievably high he is right under my ribs and I can't eat more than a bite or two at a time without feeling full and nauseous.

I can't sleep worth a damn, either.

bateeha24 · 12/10/2008 17:10

ill join you 2 !
this is my 3rd pgy and im 38+5 bh time to time
backache no matter how i sit never comfortable, every time baby moves and kicks i feel like shocks down below .not sleeping most of the nights and im fed up and tired i want this baby out .

Honeymoonmummy · 12/10/2008 17:35

I'm 37 weeks and I feel pretty good actually [ducks to prevent onslaught of cyberslaps]

whiteorchid · 12/10/2008 18:30

Yeah, I felt great at 37 weeks too. Full of energy and still going to the gym, pretty smug really. Two weeks later, at 39 weeks, feel horrendous: endless grinding in pelvis, insomnia, tiredness, endless peeing, finding it increasingly difficult to look after DS1, can't stop whingeing to incredibly patient DH etc etc...

hayleybop · 12/10/2008 21:52

So it's not just me, great to hear I'm not the only one. As it happens I dont want this baby to show it's pretty little face untill my mum arrives next week..I was early with the first.
Tierd knackered, sick of DD1 waking me in the night with her cough and cold!!
Insomnia is the worst, I wake up at 3am and sometimes cant get back to sleep untill 6am in which time my DD1 wakes me up then you feel completely drained.
Oh the joys of parenthood, pregnancy....bla bla.

36 weeks today. I have officially been pregnant forever.

browny · 13/10/2008 09:52

Can I join in too? I'm 36 weeks today too, I've had hardly any sleep at all last night, just tossing and turning, back aching like made, baby wriggling away really uncomfortably, not to mention the many trips to the loo!

Is anyone else really emotional too? I burst into tears yesterday because the living room needed tidying up and we needed to go food shopping and I didn't want to do it!

princessdaisyboo · 13/10/2008 12:55

Hi
im 37+4 with my 2nd cant wait to get this over now but was 11 days late with DD, im sooo emotional i get upset at any tiny thing then go on and on hysterically and cant stop crying for about 3 hours at a time bringing up all sorts of worries and fears, i just cant calm myself down, partner really doesnt help as hes the most unemotional person in the world and seems to just want to get away from me, cant blame him really, hope it improves once baby arrives otherwise im going to be sectioned!

thegauntlet · 10/05/2010 19:48

I am so fed up right now- still at work until friday and it is my birthday tomorrow- my husbo wants me to just jack in work- but I will have to sacrifice my last 2 weeks of holiday pay ( i have hol to use up) and get stuck with SMP so I am trying really hard to stick it out- 2 hours sleep last night and then flaming millions of patients to see today. Cried all the way home and crying now at the prospect of another sleepless night. Miserable.

ande · 10/05/2010 20:44

Happy birthday for tommorow thegauntlet!

I too am 37 weeks. This is #4. I am a hormonal wreck. My youngest is 11, I do not even have the excuse of having to run round after a LO.

I sleep okish. I wake, go for a pee, go back to sleep. I wake go for a pee, go back to sleep. i wake go for a pee, go back to sleep. I wake, go for a pee and back to sleep. I wake with back pain and BH, i cry and go back to sleep. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

Thank you for starting this thread haylebop

And breathe............

Trillian42 · 10/05/2010 22:02

37 weeks... and not sleeping now. Baby has dropped I think, so feel like I've to go to the bathroom all the time, but at least half of the times I do, I don't really need to. I presume it's because the baby is lying on my bladder sometimes. But I still make the journey, because it feels identical to really needing to go and I do NOT want an accident. Watched the sunrise in 20 minute increments this morning... that was how frequently I was going. At least the window to the stairs has views due east!
