Am pregnant with my 3rd child (9 wks). Am generally very busy and distracted so haven't given my pregnancy a huge amount of thought (just getting through each day seems like enough of a challenge sometimes!)
However, as this will almost certainly be my last child I would love to enjoy this pregnancy and make the most of it if this is possible. Wondered if anyone has any suggestions of what one should do to have and enjoy the 'perfect' pregnancy?

Buy a diary and no matter how tired you are, use it! I meant to with my 3rd, who ma be my last as at that point we thought he would be. But I was always too tired or busy.
Then it didn't seem to matter as we decided to have a 4th, but now after 2 mc's maybe my 3rd was my last?
I'm waffling, but anyway, what I regret is not having enough pictures or things like a diary to jog my memory.
So get some good bump pics taken too!

i'm at the end of my 3rd pg and what i can say is i'm glad i enjoyed my first and took all the pics etc then.
this one has been harder and i'm literally itching to get it over with, i dont have time to pay attention to being pg (for a month or so i hadn't the faintest clue what week i was in), and i spend time looking at pics from pg1 with fond memories ;-)

Agree with the diary. I had a pregnancy journal when I was pregnant but didnt use it until I was 20 weeks. I love looking back at it now as I have forgetten all of the small things, I wish I had used earlier.

I also didnt take any pictures of myself only of my bump in late pregnancy. Enjoy it x

lauraloola and trafficone - I'd wish done the pregnancy diary now! For me the parts I have love have been being told to relax by my partner but instead of just nodding my head actually doing so! I've found a nice cheap beauticians and have been treating myself to regular facials and making sure I have my monthly maintenance - waxing, pedicure, manicure and eyebrows shaped/dyed. Also keeping my highlights (Aveda/organic ones ) topped up. I've also invested in some nice maternity clothes and underwear (hotmilk is lovely) so that I feel sexy and attractive. It seems to have worked so far. I feel more comfortable than I did pre-pg.
Oh and indulging in lots and lots of oven chips and not giving a damn I've put on two stone (28 weeks)!
