Hi i am 35+3 weeks and i went swimming today because apparently it helps baby move down and get in correct birth position. The problem is i felt so good in the water because it was weightless that i did 30 lengths until i realised i should stop. After getting out my tummy has not stopped feeling tight and baby hasnt stopped kicking and im getting like a pulsing feeling(not hiccups) is this a sign that ive overdone it?
