Just have whatever music you like, it's your experience and there is no right or wrong tbh.

DS was delivered to everything from the Velvet Underground to shoegazing indie classics to Alt country. He finally made his apperance to this one (god help him0

Up to you. Do you want something relaxing and zen or something high energy to help keep you going? I know people who have used both.

I had Natalie Merchant on when DD was born but TBH I wasn't litsening to it at the time .

natal hypnotherapy does a relaxing birth music cd as part of their range.

I would get something that you normally enjoy and listen to, i had a relaxation cd that was the in thing but i hated the swishy soft tunes and told dp to bin it as i was starting to get really really annoyed with it when i am in labour i like to have quiet and just close my eyes and concentrate on breathing (sp) getting though the contraction! works for me everyone is different.
