Will I look a complete knob if I turn up at hospital with 2 big bags of stuff?

thanks curly. i asked the midwife today about the birthing ball - she said to bring your own as she reckoned the ones they'd have in the hospital would be a bit grimy (!), just to deflate it a little and bring the foot pump too. so that'll be more stuff to bring. i should probably just arrive with everything in a shopping trolley...
