changing symptoms in early pregnancy - is this normal?

I think I am 5 weeks pg. My boobs are bigger but no longer hurting or sore - last week they hurt like hell. Headaches have started but had none last week. Some days I am exhausted but today feel full of beans. Is this normal all the chopping and changing of symptoms?

all sound normal. hormones are changing . to help morning sicknes ginger nuts. worked wonders for me through 2 pregnancies. Kept at side of bed and ate before getting up
