Am nearly 38 weeks, and the minute I lie down on my side, the baby starts squirming and grinding its head into my pelvis/against my bladder. Toe-curlingly painful, and v hard to sleep. Head is 4/5ths palpable, so I guess it's only going to get worse? Anyone else suffering from this? Don't suppose there's much I can do about it, but it would help to know I'm not alone!

oh i had exactly the same with my last baby and its one thing that I m dreading now that I am pregnant again. I found getting on al fours on the bed (sounds kinky!!!!...lol!!!) and rocking for a minute or so really moved his position and helped 9 times out of ten.

I found the head grinding most painful when I would be walking around shops, it was like an electric shock shooting up through me!!

No advice, but I had this with dd and it was horrid, however wasn't long after the head in pelvis thing she made an appearance, 3 days early, and it was total bliss not being pg any more. You're on the home straight

he has so filled my short torso that he makes me feel constantly full up/nauseous so i can't enjoy food anymore, either.
