I ate swordfish - trying not to panic... reassurance please???!!!!

I just read that you're not supposed to eat swordfish AT ALL when pregnant. I didn't know this and ate a swordfish steak when I was 8 weeks pregnant (now 10+4). Do you think the baby will be ok?

Hi!! I know this is from 10 years ago :( But I am reading your post now and your case is so similar to mine. I ate red tuna in my week 4 not knowing about pregnacy. How was the going with your baby? Hope you had a healthy baby 😀
