i know at 32 weeks its irrelevant as plenty of time to move but just wondering if you can tell if they are back to back? With this ds i feel like i have a constant hand poking out around the middle of my bump. He has always been laying sort of diagonally across facing my back but these last few days wondering if hes facing outwards? I guess it could be an elbow...

I didn't until after she was born...

My dd was i had hands and feet poking out the font of my bump all the time! when i was in labour she was still back to back and i had no contractions across the front at all it was just constant back pain but it was ok.

Yes. I also had hands and feet poking out front. Also had terrible backache and MW confirmed she was back to back.
Spent last 5 weeks of my pregnancy sitting forward to encourage her to turn ... and turn she did

well i know hes head done and has been for quite a while... i think he just moves round loads so maybe he turning back and forth? Hopefully the MW will shed some light tomorow

I had all the signs here - backache/hands and feet poking out etc. But I also found that when DD was back-to-back that my belly button went back in and the front of the bump looked really flat. When she moved to a better position the bump really rounded out again.

I worked out DD was back to back in labour! All my labour pain was in my back, nothing in my front- she then came out looking at us! I tore very badly with her (16 stitches), the MW this was mainly due to her being back to back.
