Is Green Tea OK to drink during pregnancy ?

Bit of a daft question

I went out and stocked up on fruit teas and some lemon green tea as an alternative to tea / coffee. Have since done some reading and found you should be careful of some herbal teas and googling green tea is inconclusive - some say OK, some say it reduces absorption of folates so keep to a minimum. One website said it doubles the risk of m/c if you have ONE cup in the first trimester - and I had one cup last week ....

I think I shall give those T bags away anyway unless anyone has some strong opinions ?

Thanks

Hmm... I didn't know that there were any issues around green tea in pregnancy. But if it helps any, I'm 34 weeks, all going fine so far (fingers crossed) and I drink green tea all day long (at least 6 cups).
