Hi this is my 3rd pregnancy and we have been trying for over a year... i found out 2 weeks ago i was expecting My husband is very excited but i cant help being negitive as i have no symptoms at all... i have a very physical job which involves lots of lifting and carrying which maybe hasnt helped. With my previous pregnancys i had sore boobs, sickness and was shatted all the time and even had dizzyness... this time i feel normal like im not pregnant and have no symptoms at all apart from weeing a little often... or is that due to drinking more to keep hydrated cos we had busy week at work :0
please anyones opinion or experiance will be appriciated oh by the way done 5 tests all positive!

I am 5+4 and have no symptoms whatsoever, except BFP and no AF. A bit more tired than normal, but that's all.

I didn't have any sickness with DD, either, so not worried.

Maybe it has to do with age? I'm 37.

Stop worrying, and enjoy it, in other words

First two pregnancies felt sick/tired/metallic taste in mouth - both ended in miscarriage before 3 months. Third pregnancy no symptoms at all, only did a test when I realised AF seemed a bit late (I was 3 months gone - never been very good at keeping track of these things!)resulted in DS. Enjoy your symptomless pregnancy, there'll be lots of women with their head in the toilet bowl who wish they could be you!

Hi Millie - My DS is now 5, but when i found out I was pregnant with him I expected sickness, sore knockers or tiredness ! Nothing..zip - REALLY. I kept thinking that something must of been wrong and it wasn't until I had a scan at 11 weeks did I really believe it ! I only got a little bit of indigestion and carpel tunnel syndrome from around 36 weeks. I felt grand, full of energy !

In the end I didn't mention that I felt so great to my other expecting friends as it seemed to upset them.

Hi,
I am 7 1/2 weeks pregnant and up untill a week ago i was exactly the same, hardly any symptoms felt great and was worried sick something wasn't right. Just 1 week later and i hardly get through the day without vomiting and am currently off work as i feel so bad!
Enjoy the symptomless times whilst they last x

I still don't feel anything at 10 weeks! In fact the midwife had to keep reassuring me 'yes, dear, you are pregnant' last week, although I had already taken two tests!
And my sister didn't find out till she was 3 months pregnant; I well remember a conversation we had, where she was saying, 'I'm a little bit tired and my period's not really been around' and I said 'oh, if you're stressed at work, that'll have an impact on your periods' It didn't occur to either of us that she was pregnant! Obviously if she'd been sick and really tired, we'd have thought more about it!
Anyway, we should embrace the no sore boobs, no MS etc. Be happy!

I had no symptoms until 61/2 weeks and boy do I have them now! Don't worry, you might not have them at all, every pregnancy is different, but chances are they'll turn up next week!

notsoseriousanymore · 29/09/2008 16:00

I didn't have any sypmtoms of pregnancy until about week 30....

Didn't even KNOW until I was 20 weeks gone...

Hoep it goes OK.

feetheart · 29/09/2008 16:05

No symptoms with either pgs (was 15 weeks with DD when I realised and am happy to see I'm not alone) Did get heartburn at about 30 weeks with both but that was it. Enjoy it and TRY not to worry.

Playdough · 29/09/2008 16:40

With both my first two pregnancies I had terrible metallic taste and fantastically sore breasts right from four or five weeks. Then third pregnancy ... nothing. No symptoms. I'd had two miscarriages by this time and so I just kept expecting the worst. I was so convinced there would be no heartbeat that I burst into tears (of joy!) at my dating scan (which my midwife wangled for me because she could see how pessimistic I was). I'd even left DH at home with our two children as I didn't want them to be upset by the bad news. I am now 35 weeks and I'd still say that, generally speaking, all symptoms have been milder this time. It really is true that every pregnancy is different. Good luck.

Just want to say thankyou soooooooooo much for all your kind words of reasurance. enjoyed reading all your experiances and will try not to worry although until i see it on a scan i dont think i will believe its happening lol! Thinking of asking my midwife for a early scan even if i have to pay private for it... just so i can get a good nights sleep and stop stressing about it lol!!!

Thanks again for all your kind replys x
