11+4 and pg symptoms fading - WORRIED! :(

Hi,
I am really worried that my nausea/vomiting which has been really bad up until about 4 days ago has pretty much gone. I feel slightly sick in the morning and evening but otherwise not. My boobs have also stopped hurting (except for tender nipples) and they seem to have got smaller!! Arrrggghhh!!! Should I be worried?
I have my 12 week scan on Thursday and am absolutely sh*ing myself that things have gone wrong. This is an IVF pregnancy (6th attempt) and I don't know what I'll do if anything happens.

Any advice/reassurance greatly appreciated!

I just wanted to say that I had exactly the same thing with my DS2 and it really freaked me out - but he was fine (he's 7 now ). I had no pg symptoms for a couple of weeks - then they came back with a bang (well, a chunder, anyway).

I have also seen other threads on mumsnet on this from time to time, so I think it does happen reasonably frequently.

You're at the end of your first trimester so chances are your body is just getting used to the hormones and symptoms are settling. I know it's hard not to worry, i worry and i haven't had the added stress of ivf attempts. It must be very hard not to.

Please try not to worry, this is very common when coming to the end of your 1st trimester.

When you say 'thier heartbeats' so you know your having twins??

Barbarella this happend to me also i am currently 11+2 and my symptoms only came back at the weekend.

i had a whole week of feeling normal no nothing, and me and dp though oh good things must be settling down. But i am now worse than ever (sorry to tell you incase it happens to you).

I was awake all night last night with nausea and retching. Usually i'm only sick in the morning and nausea all day, but now i am throwing up all the time! feel like i live in the bathroom coz i'm either being sick or peeing

I had spoke to a lot of people about this and it seems quite normal to have a lull and then it comes back. X

My symptoms went at 10 weeks to the day. I was actually quite relieved that the nausea had ended TBH. As the 1st trimester comes to an end, symptoms tend to stop. Although some unfortunate women get MS all the way through. Hopefully you've now reached the "honeymoon trimester" enjoy it while you can because the 3rd trimester is not fun at all!

i'd say its normal, wish mine were gone, i'm 13 wks today but i do think they're going away slowly. Some people have MS for longer than others. i wish mine stopped at 11 wks. sit tight until Thursday. I always dread and look forward to scans. I always wonder if baby is going to be ok. so far it has been.

Are you feeling sick again yet? Mine faded spectacularly the day I had my scan, didn't have sore boobs or anything and I was shaking walking in. Everything fine, 2 days later started feeling shite again.
