Tingling sensation at top of bump??

I have a tingling sensation going across the top of my bump, its like the start of pins and needles. It lasts from 30 seconds to a minute and its happened about 10 to 20 times today.

I called the hospital and they had me in for monitoring and the baby seems fine but they dont know what it is, the midwife suggested its the baby kicking me?

Has anyone had it or know what it is??

I have also been getting this at the top of my bump, from about 36 weeks. I just assumed it was my uterus starting to do something.
I dont get it as regularly as you describe, maybe twice a day.

Hi, I also get a sensation like this several times a day. I'd just assumed it was the baby kicking at the top of the bump. I'm 24 weeks now and have been getting this sensation for a few weeks.

Where is your placenta position? Mine is high and front, so I'm wondering if its the baby kicking but its muffled???

I get this when i lie on the side on which the baby is. i am 33 weeks pregnant. Nothing to worry about I dont think.
