is it ok to buy cot sheets that are a big big on both measurments?

hi want to get these cot sheets :-

our cot matress is 117x53

these sheets are 120x60

will this matter?

How deep is the mattress - will the depth take up the difference?

Another option is to get some of the clips that hold the sheet under the mattress. I've seen them on either www.thebabycatalogue.com or www.kiddicare.com
