Am almost 11 weeks pg and I just can't get enough orange juice! It's the first thing I drink when I wake up, I even get up in the night for it and tonight while cooking the dinner I drank the best part of a carton of it!

This is okay isn't it? Apart from all the extra peeing?

I would water it down. It's not very good for your teeth, especially drunken at night.

I had that too...it's also good for helping you to absorb iron, but yes good to water it down a bit as quite sugary...

I'm not sure I could stomach it watered down

This is the problem you see, I just feel so sick all the time, all I want is orange juice. Water, hot drinks, etc make me feel awful. really weak orange squash I can just about stomach.

Drink whatever you can get down and keep down!

I was into iced milkshake personally...

Several dairies were kept in business by my bump.

i will just have to be a good girl and make sure I brush my teeth if I have a drink in the night! Then again....every time I brush my teeth I start heaving, will have the whole house awake at 3 am!!

Is really nice with fizzy water? 2/3 juice? my favourite drink...

yeahyeah · 24/09/2008 18:33

if you're craving it, go for it!

I drank gallons of oj mixed about 50/50 with fizzy water when I was pg, at times was all I could keep down for days. The fizz made me burp, which helped settle my stomach! As yeahyeah says its a good drink, I drink it a lot when not pg too.
