sell by date for food

ok - i've done some lasagna and they are currently cooking in the oven but ive just realised that the lasagna sheets have got a use-by-date of May 2008!!! they are egg-pasta lasagna sheet..

can i still eat it (nothing else in my fridge but lemons)

of course, im pregnant! (33 weeks)

teh worst thing would be indigestion or food poisonning and that wont hurt the baby would it?
it is only salmonella, listeria and the likes that are hurtful to the babies, is it?

it will be fine!!
