Hi, the consultant was lacking in details but said that the babys head was now fixed in pelvis. Does this mean fully engaged or not and can it still come free again? For those told the same thing how long was it until labour started (P.S. - this is 2nd baby and was induced last time so i've no idea ). Hope someone can help - thanks.

My baby has been engaged for 9 weeks now. Had a sweep on Thursday, doc said he could feel the head!! and birth would be imminent. Still here. Still no baby.

Hi I'm 40 weeks and 5 days- still no baby! No twinges, no nothing- think baby is very happy in there. All prepared- just waiting for mother nature to kick in I guess... My baby was also head down from 25 weeks and has been engaged properly for a couple of weeks now. Oh well!
