Cramping in early pregnancy

I'm currently 5-6 weeks pg with #2. For the last few days I have had period pain like cramps, the cramps don't hurt, just ache. They seem to come and go all day but in the evening they feel a little stronger.
How normal is this? The constant mild nausea and the super sore boobies are not helping!
Many thanks.

Totally normal in my experience.

I had pains that woke me up in the night, they hurt so much.

Was so scared but now am 14 wks and all is fine.
Still got twinges and crampy pains every now and again - think it is just everything being shifted around and stretching.

Please dont worry - the sickness and boobs are just as valid signs and sometimes even they subside and it's still all ticketyboo.

Congrats on your pregnancy!

Thanks Millie26!
I should remember all this stuff from when I had DD, I guess it passed in a stressful, worried blur!
Congrats on your pg!

Sounds completely normal to me. And the backache that went with it didn't help either!

Cramping is one of my first signs of pregnancy.
