Couldn't find any anywhere last time round (before i knew about mumsnet). Ended up wearing same two dresses for 9 months so would really appreciate any suggestions. I'm 6 foot.

I'm 5'10 and am not at the stage of needing maternity clothes yet, however I had a nasty feeling that shops would consider that if you are pg half mast trousers are fine. Please somebody help!

It's hard, isn't it? I'm 5'11 and have struggled.

I have found 34 inch-leg jeans at Topshop, Next and Dorothy Perkins (none are great, but are any matenrtiy jeans?). Don't know if they're long enough. Long Tall sally do a pair of 36 inch leg ones, but their maternity range is tiny and pretty lame.

The wrap tops/dresses at Isabella Oliver have been good for me (although pricey). M&S do extra long maternity leggings and PJs.

I just bought a load of black and white bump bands and wore them under shorter tops, rather than break my heart trying to find tops long enough!

Im 5ft 10 and found Next to be the best for trousers. I also tried New Look as they do a 34 inch leg too.

PollyFlinders · 19/09/2008 02:02

Topshop and Long Tall Sally both do 36 inch ones.

I loved h and m when I was pregnant,

I'm 6ft and always found trousers and tops

long enough and much cheaper than LTS and the

like.

I got some nice maternity skinny jeans from topshop which are a 34" length.

Also Seraphine do some nice long tops but they are quite expensive.

squeaver · 24/09/2008 09:15

I got a couple of nice things from Isabella Oliver and they were v v long in the leg -
might be worth checking out.

Mimsy2000 · 24/09/2008 09:22

m&s do a few maternity trousers where you can choose 'tall' or 'long' option. prob need to order online b/c i've not seen much in shops.

tablefor3 · 24/09/2008 12:02

I second Seraphine. Got a couple of nice tops in the sales which are very long. I wear them over t-shirts which are too short.

sarhall70 · 24/09/2008 12:31

I'm nearly 6'2" and have had to rely on RG Maternity from the US (not great - jeans fell apart after a couple of months) and Yummy Mummy Maternity who do a pair of extra long black trousers by mail order. H&M is great for tops although at 38 weeks I am now having problems with tops riding up and trousers falling down simultaneously. V attractive! LTS told me earlier this year that they were thinking about expanding their maternity range but so far no signs...

CuppaTeaJanice · 24/09/2008 12:48

New Look do good, cheap maternity jeans with 33" approx legs.

For vest tops, Primark has nice long stretchy ones.

You could get some bump bands from ebay or the NCT shop, which are basically a stretchy tube that covers the gap between your top and trousers.
