expectin 1st baby and wondered at the top of the scan there is lots of little writing and numbers. there is a bit on it what says 3.2/9.2cm is this the size of my baby? please write back if you know.having a dilema as from when i was told according to midwife i should be 10 weeks but on all web sites i have been on at 10 weeks baby should only be 4cm. thanx xx

I'm not sure what this is, but I know that scans usually have loads of weird numbers at the top of the printout - I think they're more likely technical things to do with the size of the screen or the scan resolution.

If there was anything to worry about, they would have told you at the scan.

hi sae03, congrats on your first dc, the scans might as well be written in Chinese for all i know about them, but dont worry your dates will have been confirmed by the scan, so if you havent heard different, and they would have told you straight away your dc will be the right size and the dates will be bob on!

if you are worried ring the midwife at your clinic, she will talk you through your worries.

there's a 2.5cm measurement on my scan but the sonographer definitely told us the baby is currently 4.5 cm so I figured it meant something else.
