earliest signs of pregnancy?

What were your earliest signs (before positive test?)

Sorry if that is TMI!!!! - and sorry if that has tainted anyone's romantic rose-tinted view of pregnancy............but that was honestly one of my first signs (along with the huge aching boobs etc listed above).

I feel extremely weird and experiencing lots of these things ...but am only on CD25 and tests are -ve so far. Fingers crossed I am not having some phantom wishful thinking symptoms....!!

Oh and loads of spots. I feel like a teenager again. However, it is reassuring to have these outbreaks as it confirms to me that my hormones are changing. Good sign.

very light spotting 4 days before AF due

Craving for non-alcoholic lager and strange pinging sensation in my stomach (no idea what that was about).

Feeling sick at smell of coffee

A smell of tomato soup all the time

Also... very very thirsty. Craving for orange juice.

My symptoms felt like I was brewing for a period - very confusing!

nearly vomiting when we had to feed next door's cat - increased sensitivity to bad smells is the dead giveaway for me.

I think I am going mad....I have had increasing nausea over the last 4 days (worse in mornings but on and off all day, strange abdominal sensations (no idea how to describe) and extreme tiredness. But I am now on CD26 and have done a (cheap ebay) test everyday for 6 days and sill -ve (I have no patience!

Is it possible to get 'morning' sickness before hormone level high enough to read +ve on test???

Tender boobs, sleeping 2-3 times per day, sore swollen tummy, slight feeling of sickness and alcohol made me feel sick(just like with the first one). Despite all this, i still didn't think i was preg. lol!

I used to go to the loo at lunchtime when I was at work (creature of habit) but I suddenly couldn't last the morning without going at least once.

Also, the week after conception having sex hurt a little bit - a bit like my cervix was swollen. Had never happened before but it made me think that perhaps I was already pregnant.

Nothing else until I tested a week after AF was due.

With DS2 the tiredness kicked in a lot quicker, still with the need to wee all the time!

Car sick - horribly car sick, and I never get that normally (it was a precurser to the proper sickness which started a couple of weeks later). Also a weird reaction to perfectly nice smells - I practically had to leave the room due to the smell of some vanilla tea, although usually I find vanilla a lovely smell. This combination made me suspicious I might be pg and I did a first response test at 9 dpo and it came up +ve.
