what is the physio going to do with me this morning (SPD)??

Just wondering really, have had physio before and i know its diff when your pg but just wondering what they'll actually DO to me? They wont start yanking my legs around will they??

Also will they let me keep my joggers on?? Silly i know but obv cant do my bikini line and iv only got thongs that fit me at the mo (big pants on way from M&S!!) so reeeealy want to be able keep them on!

Depends if NHS or private. I went to private physio this pg as SPD started at about 20 weeks, had to take trousers off and she pulled my leg to realign pelvis. No pain at all. (Thong would have been fairly hideous for her as had to bend down so she could check my range of movement!)

NHS physio with first pg involved no clothing removed and just advice.
