what can i eat

i am 9 weeks pregnant have morning sickness.I cant imagine eating anything today any ideas.I have had some toast and a pear.

Something which gives a sugar hit? Lucozade? Haribo sweets? Rich tea biscuits? To be honest I didnt eat much more than that for weeks...

I had morning sickness till 20 weeks. About the only things that I managed were crumpets and watermelon.

Thanks for ideas am indian so normally crave spicy stuff.I had very bad sickness with dsi but used to cook indian food
