Has anyone tried Mothercare 'Perfect Delivery Perineal Cream'?

My sister and I were shrieking over it but now I'm wondering whether to get some!! Anyone tried it and do you think it helped? Also, how early did you start using it...??

I done this but ended up getting a ECS so don't know if it was any use.

I think it was almond and olive oil I used, can't remember but MW told me fancy creams were a scam.

I think it is probably the "massaging" in of it which is valuable. You can do that with olive oil I think

used another equivalent - ended up having a cut but must say did heal up very quickly and cleanly so think it might have done some good
