37w and really painful nipples. feels like they're beng cut off with a razor - advice?

no cracks in nipples or hot, is this normal. are thy just gearing up for bf?

mine are the same at 35 weeks, I think it is as you say they are just getting ready to bf. I keep forgetting to try this, but think maybe a breast pad may help to give some extra cushioning
