Small bump

I'm 22 weeks and everyone keeps commenting how tiny my bump is. I had been feeling quite happy about this but am now worrying that there's something wrong. I am showing just not very much really. My 20 week scan isn't happening until 23 weeks because we've been away. Can anyone give any reassurance?

Can feel kicks and all else is fine so I think everythings ok but am just feeling anxious.

Bump size says little about baby! I was huge and had a 7lb4 boy

people will always have something to say about your bump, if you are big you get asked if you are sure there is only one in there

Don't worry, you probably have strong stomach muscles. And don't forget you can always see midwife, but strong kicks are a dead giveaway.

I am exactly the same! I felt anxious too, but all measurements are fine and doc said not to worry. Everyone is different- count yourself lucky. I'm now 31 weeks and people are still saying I am small for how far along I am. People will either comment on how big or how small you are- it is annoying!

At 22 weeks most people won't have a proper bump, I certainly didn't and I didn't expect to.

Just because you're pregnant doesn't mean that you suddenly wake up and there's a massive bump there - people seem to forget this when commenting, they just think pregnant = waddling lady with massive bump and swollen ankles! Give it two weeks and all of a sudden the same people saying you're tiny will be saying you're massive and are having twins!
