Pain in my "ladybits" am 29 weeks pregnant

I have a dull, almost constant pain on the left side of my groin (feels as if it behind my ladygarden IYSWIM). Saw MW today and she checked urine with a dipstick, which was clear but has sent urine away for analysis. Get results on friday. Have no other symptoms and pain is quite bad. Has anyone else experienced this? What can I take??

I had that with 2nd pregnancy. I put it down to the fact that everything had maybe stretched a bit more than in 1st pg. It would get worse when I was on my feet doing stuff - seem to recall feeling it a few times doing the supermarket shopping, it was also worse if I crouched down for something.

I'm afraid I can't recommend anything (pain wasn't really severe enough to take any professional advice) just thought I'd reassure you it wasn't unheard of.
