Heat rushes???

Hi im 28 weeks pg and keep getting a rushing heat sensation through my body, has anyone else experienced this?

Yes I used to in bed at night and it would wake me up, took me ages to work out what it was as they made me feel all funny. I would feel heat on the inside of my arms too. In the end I just put it down to something like hot flushes and hormones. It's not something I've ever read about in any pregnancy books and it was so hard to describe the feeling that I never mentioned it to the midwife. I don't get it so much anymore (37 weeks), so maybe yours will go soon too?
