I did pilates before i got pg and had to give up. Was doing swimming once a week but my SPD has kicked in again and can only do breaststroke which is a no no plus want to save money as have to put ds in creche.
So have decided to get a dvd, yoga or pilates? I have never done yoga and havent done pregnancy pilates. What are pros and cons and do you actually see any results from either? Would be ideal if any of you that have done could compare for me but any suggestions be grateful!
