End pregnancy low heart rate

Hello
I am 38 weeks tomorrow, just had an appointment with my GP (MWs were fully booked) and the baby's heart rate was down to 120.
She told me that boys are supposed to have a slightly lower heart rate than girls, but at my previous appointment it was 155.

She said as long as I was getting 10 movements a day (and I am getting about 100 at the moment, or so it feels like) there was nothing to worry about, but of course I am now totally paranoid.

I need reassurance!

Ring your MW or maternity unit - if there is anything to worry about, they will find time to see you.

Is 120 really low?

I don't know what the 'safe' parameters are, but I'm 37 weeks and my lo's hb fluctuated between 128-147 and my mw was fine with that. The hb does slow down near the end of the pregnancy.
