Hi. I am 4 ish weeks pregnant, and I have today had some really sharp pains in my tummy.

Is this anything to worry about?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Could just be cramping from implantation, or stretching as everything gets itself into place. Or wind - lots of people get trapped wind and bloating when they're first pregnant.

there's not much you can do at this stage except try to relax.

Hello, try not to worry. I have two children and this is my third pregnancy. Unfortunately I did have a m/c first time around so when I conceived my DS and had cramping from about 4 weeks I spent the entire time to the 12 wk scan convinced I was going to m/c carry again. Having had two healthy pregnancys since and now with my third exactly the same thing is happening again.

I am sitting here and getting cramping pains so from previous experience (I hope!)it is just bloating - gas - or just everything settling into place! Good luck, are you due towards the end of April??

Hi, yes I am ok. Pains seemed to have gone. Yes I am due 23rd of april ish. Hope to get a more definate after the first scan if we get there!
