Which week was your worst of nausea/morning sickness? I am 8 weeks tomorrow and have had all day nausea since week 6. So fed up of it now! Am I nearly through the worst?

week 6 - week 12 for me, had one or two mornings where I didn't throw up in week 11, then by the weekend it was all over!

Hi Cosmo. Well, I am hoping it is tailing off now! The nausea gradually built from about week 5 until I felt dreadful between about 7-10 weeks, all day nausea and plenty of being sick as well, several times a day. The past week there has def been an improvement. Its not stopped but I have only actually been sick twice and the nausea seems to come in waves rather than being all day and constant. Really hoping I am over the worst, just looking forward to it stopping completely now. 11 weeks today, bring on the second trimester!

Hi Playing,

You poor thing - sounds like you have had it really bad. Hope that you have almost seen the back of it. Well, at 8 weeks, I might still have another fortnight of feeling like this then.....I still haven't been sick yet, although I did come pretty close the other evening! Urgh....horrible horrible feeling.

Hey, I think I could of had it worse by the sound of what some people go through.

I have been feeling pretty rough, like I could crawl into bed and stay there till the second trimester. But, there is always someone who has it worse and I keep trying to tell myself that!!! I've tried to be proactive, putting as many MN tips into practice as possible and negotiated 4 day weeks all this month which has helped. Tiredness def makes it worse and I hate being sick at work then having to go back to your desk and pretend all is ok. Still it will be worth it in the end, I keep telling myself that as well!

I'm still going (although not as bad) at 15 weeks

On my last pregnancy I had it from 6 weeks until 42 weeks. Vomited most days. I was sick for the last time when my placenta came out and then the nightmare was over!!!!
