Is it kind of a twitch? My baby gets hiccups regularly.

erm no literally my whole bump shakes, you can see it very clearly doing it aswell as feeling it! ITs as though he's having some kind of spasm or somthing!

Yes I get that sometimes- not like hiccups.
I don't know what it is.....?

its the baby changing position. mine did it and my whole belly changed shape big time. was fascinating to watch, not so much fun at 4am. maybe its going from front to back or head down to head up

This happened with DS2. I don't know what caused it. He also did it for a few days after he was born. The midwife whitnessed it on a vist and said if he did it again he would have to go into hostpital as it was due to him having a low blood sugar level (I think) I wasn't bothered, as I knew it was something he's always done. Like hell were we going back to hostpital!

Sorry no idea what causes it. Could it actually be beacause of low blood sugar at 4am? Sounds possible, but I'm not a medic.

My dd used to that. I was worried she was having a fit in my bump!! Apparently its normal x

Oooh I thought it was just my weird baby lol!

Glad to know it's not just him even if I'm no closer to knowing why?!
