Hi,

I was sick this morning and it was very dark brown and bloody. I had a slight nose bleed at the same time. I am 37 weeks and feel fine now.
Should I contact midwife, is this anything serious?

sounds like maybe you've had a small hemmorhage (can be a result of raised blood pressure)

it is probably nothing to worry about but yes I would contact your midwife just to be on the safe side and get your bp checked
