Hello

Have ds 1 called Cassius and expecting number 2 don't know sex yet but would love a little girl (although don't tell people that!)

I like Tabitha; my niece is Tabitha and goes by Tabitha or Tab. No one has ever tried calling her Tabby, so far as am aware.

What about Thea?

hi pinktree! I decided months after my girl was born i should have called her friday, was born on that day - but i dont think you should worry about name shortening, esp if its only got 2 syllables...

It's my name and I really like it. It gets shortened to Tabby or Tabs and I don't mind either. It's a mouthful for my nieces and nephews on both sides so I'm Auntie Tabby to them.

I liked being pretty much the only Tabitha around when I was growing up. And I think it's helpful at work that I only need to say it's Tabitha when I call contacts and they know who it is.

And I think it goes very well with Cassius.

Just my two pennies worth!

Would have had it if my sis had not had an Abbie already - it would have been abit like gazumping her name.
