32 weeks and got cramps?

Hi 32+5 weeks pg, been having cramps for most of the day right down below, i was told on tuesday baby's head is engaged is because of that, or wot else could it be and is there anything that can relieve it?

Hi

Just wondering i seem to be having alot more creamy discharge down below, (sorry for TMI) never had this much before is this because i'm nearing the end of my pregnancy now i'm 34 weeks?
