hi, i have been induced with four out of five of my previous pregnancies for one reason or another and they have all been very quick deliveries. even the one pregnancy that was not induced was also very short.my longest labour and delivery was my first (a breech delivery)lasting only 2 and a half hours, and my last only one hour. i live approx 20 mins in good traffic from the hospital and am 36 weeks pregnant. do you think i have a good chance of electing for an induction due to the fast labours and risks accociated with it being my sixth pregnany? am really worried that i won't make it to the hospital in time!!!

would you consider a home birth?

danclare · 05/08/2008 11:53

hi effie, i already asked for a home birth but was flatly refused! anyway, if i am one of the unlucky ones who does have a big bleed, i don't want my other children seeing that. i will keep you posted as to what the dr says on friday!!! wish me luck
