Am TTC DC3 and have heard about taking Vitamin B6 to alleviate the (horrid) and inevitable morning sickness.
Having been through it twice before (nausea from 4-14 weeks) I'd really like some tricks up my sleeve to help avoid it if/when it strikes me this time.....So does B6 help, if so how much is it safe to take, and are there any documented effects on the baby - a friend took B6 recently when she was pregnant and her new baby suffers with terrible reflux and also has a tongue tie which she wondered may have been caused by taking too much of the B6 supplement?............incidentally she said that her morning sickness was much better while she was taking it.
By the way, I have mentioned taking a Vit B6 supplement to my GP but she just looked at me blankly and suggested I read the back of a breakfast cereal packet to find out the daily recommended adult allowance !!!!!!!! (Seriously)
