feel so close to tears all day today. no reason at all.

had a decent nighs sleep. kids being kids but not overly bad.

i know how you feel hun, i felt like that the other day i had a walk to the beach & put everything out of my mind and cried it all out & took plenty of tissues - i felt much better afterwards [hugs] hope u feel better soon xxxx
