Hi i am 28 weeks pregnant with my third and I feel so out of breath. Seems to be worse the more the baby moves but just makes me feel fat and unfit! Any advice?

Bumping for you.

I've just posted feeling much the same - see above ("low blood pressure") and also see "getting iron levels up".

Hope you feel better soon.

im 23 weeks and know exactly how you feel. I went to the gp about it as my heart was also racing, im having bloods done on mon to check my thyroid and iron levels. Im not saying it is either of them but worth checking? Also im sure someone will say it'l get better when the baby drops. Doesnt reeeealy make you feel any better but hopeful! Im already carrying v low so if he drops he'l be dropping out!

Also this heat doesnt help (not sure where you live!) pg body works even harder esp when hot

I've been like that most of my pregnancy (33 weeks now) - they've confirmed I have excellent iron levels, perfect blood pressure, all urine and blood tests come back normal, so all they can say is 'get plenty of rest and don't overdo it'

I asked if 16 hours sleep a day was still 'normal' and after doing all the tests again they said yes, just the crap end of normal...

Not sure I'll be up for doing all this again once I've got Squirmy to look after.
