caesarian belt - any good?

I'm having an elective c-section in a couple of weeks. I already have a boisterous 3 year old daughter and I worry a bit about her jumping on the scar. So, has anyone tried one of these caeserian belts and is it worth getting?

I have never heard of them, but they look like a good idea.

i had one, used it once and sold it on ebay shortly after! i honestly found it a waste of money as do you really want to wear a big pouch over your front and if dd wants to bash you then i doubt it will protect very much iykwim!

my neighbour just had a c/s and hasn't lifted her dd for a few weeks now let alone let her jump on her and her scar!!

Thanks, I think I wont bother with one. I'll spend the money on chocolate instead =)
