Valley Midwives antenatal classes - Streatham

a long shot, but anyone with the Velley midwives group in Streatham? I'm with the Streatham group but I know it's Valley who run the 2-4pm weekly antenatal drop in classes on friday afternoons...does anyone have details of what session is on 8th August? got my 28 week appt at 4:10 so thought it would make sense to drop in on an antenatal class beforehand

the class on 8th august is 'things that help with labour' including pain relief and self help option.

does anyone know what the valley team is like? are they nice? i have just seen one of the midwives for the first time!
