what are signs of a wee infection please?

Im 33 weeks and think i might have a infection im getting period like pain and it stings when i go for a wee but otherwise well no temp.

Sounds likely. Do you need to go to the loo a lot as well? Quite soon after going?

Drink lots and lots of water and make an appointment asap.

I do feel like i need to wee all the time but nothing comes out.

Definitely a urine infection I would say. That's a tell-tale sign. Constant urge with no production.

Lots of water will help flush it out (and enable you to actually wee when you need to) but you may need some antibiotics too.

Cranberry juice is a good idea too if you like it.
