I'm 17 wks pg with no. 2 and am just not sure if this baby has moved yet. Have felt "something" a few times that is like wind/twitching nerves etc but not everyday and so am now wondering whether I imagined these "movements"!! Also, it seems that everyone else on their 2nd is feeling something from 13 wks onwards!! Help - am I being paranoid?

This is my third. I felt the first movement (a small wriggle) at 14 weeks exactly, then nothing till 16 weeks (another wriggle), then more frequent and stronger movements from about 20-22 weeks up.

Hi, I wouldn't worry either, I felt them quite early with my 1st, but with my 2nd think it was actually later, once he started he never stopped!

Thanks for that - feel quite reassured now! Tried to talk to dh about my concerns last night and he said he was sure there was nothing to worry about - but it just didn't seem to reassure me in the way talking on mumsnet has!!(cant think why!?

Had my secod baby four months ago and I was worried about the movements (or lack of) too, I finally felt the proper butterfly flutters at 20 weeks.
Congratulations!!!
