I bought one of their pelvic floor toner gadget thingies but you can't use it when you're pregnant so no idea how good it is.

Can you use this one when you're preggers?

i went to see a pelvic floor specialist after my pregnancy and she said no machines are a substitute for doing pelvic floor exercises yourself....there are no shortcuts, she said!
